4 stars: Real time exposure is improving. There are blatent errors on some listings including HOA fees (when there are none), showing 2 properties at once, and showing photos \
4 stars: Great app for checking out houses not in your area. We are planning a move a few states away and this gives us a great idea of what our options are. It would be nice to have the abseiling to remove houses that appear in the list so you don't have to keep going through them when you know they're a definite no.
5 stars: It's a great app for being able to see what's to buy or rent around you. Fill in what you are looking for in the critiera search then you will get notifications of all listing. Lots of options. Definitely worth using as well if you are looking.
4 stars: I really like the layout \u0026 the amount of available information. I like being able to see the # of views \u0026 saves by other prospective buyers. Sometimes I get listings that don't meet the criteria I've specified through the search filters. I've emailed developer twice, but have never received a reply. Zillow still remains as my real estate app of choice.
4 stars: Decent app but has some bugs/ features that need worked on. If you put in a price range it will still show homes out of that range so it doesn't narrow your search alot. Theres no way to exclude properties like boat slips or shares in a property even if you put house or lot/land only. It sometimes still shows property types you excluded like apartm...
