5 stars: This is a great application for booking taxi and provides value for money, its like 20- 40% cheaper when compared to grab in the case of Thailand. The thing i noticed is most of the people here dont know about it, so I think you need to focus more on the marketing part here, because you have a great market opportunities in Thailand, since there is a lot of tourist and expats staying here.
3 stars: It's okay to use sometimes but it sucks in 2 things: (1) I dislike it when I pay for Premium (Comfort) but get an Innova. Innova shouldn't be in that class. (2) No credit card payment up to now. Used to be only alternative to Grab, but now I prefer to use CABB alternative to Grab instead of Bolt with nice cars, good prices and card payments.(Bangkok)
3 stars: thank you very much, for giving me in app promos. but funny thing is, whenever I get them, suddenly I'm unable to order any ride. reinstalling the app doesn't work, you should do something about it. shame, i really enjoyed using your rides.
