4 stars: EDIT: lost pins are now back and working with the latest update. Thank you! The most recent update has had faulty address pins. I used to be able to pin my exact address but now it's not found on the list and all the pins are all over the place. A house number across the street from my place is showing up as the pin on my location. Other residencial address are also no longer showing in the list. This is so cumbersome.
5 stars: Honestly, the apps \u0026 the service was perfect last time until I get scam by 1 of the driver cancel my transport reques plus being charged for the cancellation fees!! Terrible ! However, once I ratified with the live chat person attend to the complaint (Ms. Sofia). She get it done \u0026 know very well on the user right ! I will keep continuining using the apps \u0026 extra carefull with the licensed driver scammer ! Scared right...huh
5 stars: My experience using grab has always been excellent, your professional drivers were truly professionals, their way of driving, they dealt with customers with humility and respect. I always thank the Lord that i have reached my chosen destinations sooo safely because of them. Kudos Grab!!!
