4 stars: Door Dash is pretty awesome. Occasionally they give me credit towards free delivery or $5 off here and there. My only issue is the taxes and fees + the mandate for deliveries in my city that takes a $15 order and bumps it up to $20-$25. If they didn't have the extra fees I would use their services more often.
3 stars: Would give 5 stars, but Latest update added an alcohol disclaimer -which would be fine but there's no box or button to continue, so I can't proceed with the order. Nbd for most places, but it used to work \u0026 sometimes it's nice to have a cocktail. I tried to find support, but it only gives you the choice of a completed order, you might want to have some support for people trying to order.
3 stars: App is no problem, except for some prices being jacked up. and once in awhile the food is cold when it gets here but I think if the restaurant's package better that might not be as bad either. Most carriers are very nice but you guys need a better directional system for them. they normally have to call me or they get lost or something but they're getting better about it but I don't show up on Google maps.
5 stars: Fantastic. Period. My biggest issues with other food delivery apps come from ease of use. The other big two (y'all know who I mean) are an absolute mess for me every time I try to use them.
