5 stars: I always enjoy my experiences shopping on the app; especially since the pandemic began. Beforehand, it was convenient for scheduling my Perk appointments and notifying me about events. I also love how it keeps me posted on new arrivals and provides the option of in-store pickup!!! 💖
4 stars: Currently no complaints! Love having a lot of the staple beauty brands I love ar my fingertips. I do wish they carried a few more brands that I love or be able to get in on the release date of certain products like another large,competitive beauty store. Personally I perfer to support Sephora when I can, but sometimes I just can't.😬
5 stars: really easy to do my shopping.. plus, a lot of things you cant find in store are online.. I haven't been into a store in months since downloading the app onto my phone. Also, you can return or exchange anything you purchase online in a store, which is ultra convenient.
