4 stars: Update, Cleaned up my phone internal storage. PlantSnap is working again. Thanks support team for your advice. I like and use the app.
5 stars: It is very easy to use and if your photo doesn't quite capture the best view, you can adjust the frame before asking it to identify. It is pretty accurate - any probs I have had have been owing to my poor photograph! It does ask if the result is 'not what you were expecting?' and gives alternatives but another photo might just do the trick.
3 stars: Most of the time this app works great, but at other times it is very wrong. For example, I have a succulent I'm trying to identify and it keeps showing me plants that look nothing like my picture. I've tried several times with several angles. And I can't ask what it is without paying for a subscription. I've used this app for a few years and I will continue to do so, but I wish it was more accurate.
5 stars: I love this app! It's so easy to use compared to the others I've tried. No ads, fantastic! It provides a list of every species in my garden which is so awesome! The only reason I didn't give five stars is that many plants do not have the description or the wiki link. Some only one photo to compare. If that changes it would be perfect!
