3 stars: Some times the fare is very high, the worst thing is that very now often the app requires to update, don't know why. Still the app is having a problem where the navigation doesn't work properly hence we couldn't track the drivers ongoing location. Please request you to improve the navigation.
4 stars: it is good and affordable bike ride app, but only problem is captain/riders keep cancelling the trip. Most of the time they ask for cash payment \u0026 if u can't give cash payment they cancel your booking. So what's the point of online payment if you have to give cash.
3 stars: App is good but there is no any option for changing rating of captain once submitted and this app take different issue by itself, actually there is not any issues. I didn't understand how he work.
3 stars: Frequent update is annoying. Many a times I had to switch to other service provider b'cause it keeps waiting for update. Surpisingly, I found UBER rate is almost at same range a lot of times!
5 stars: It's really good. Because there are lot's of drivers are available at any moment you call for a ride. If you call on a driver you get instant replay or call from the driver. That's all.
