5 stars: Easy to use... it was hard in the beginning but making sure I only had one account listed really fixed the problem.
5 stars: It seems there has been an upgrade...and I actually think it is more user friendly. It is an easy way to pay rent...especially during these times where we are socially distanced.
5 stars: Very user friendly and convenient! I'm awkward and perfer to lock myself away in the apartment I pay for and not associate with others. This app allows me to put in work orders, check my bills and so on without ever needing to pick up the phone or put on clothes and leave my dimly lit domicile and risk being exposed to skinwalkers!
5 stars: Super easy to use. Everything your property manager needs in one app. Paying online is secure and easy. Small fee for using when you pay, but it's worth it for convenience. Would like to see an option to pay a discounted service fee if paid in advance for the term of your lease.
5 stars: So far so good, once your bank info is set-up! E-Z P-Z from there! I love that I don't have to travel to pay rent, and if I needed to speak to someone I could just call the office straight from the app.
4 stars: I tried to open a service request using the website and it doesn't work. So I downloaded the app and it worked fine. It is easy to use. The app doesn't show text autocomplete with my S20, that is the only problem I had.
