3 stars: I like the app but i dont know why its hard to find the rider in my area, or if its takes 10-15mins to come, the riders ask to cancel the requests.. Can you please tell me how to turn off the notifications? i dont want notifications pop up every hour.
4 stars: Alhamdulillah. Loved it. The rider was very nice and helpful. He dropped me home safely. He also drove fast and smoothly. And also the fare was exactly correct. But 1 thing I like to mention is that when I started my trip, the app installed on my phone didn’t show that I was picked up. So I had to use Google map. If that issue is fixed then I can say Pathao is all in all. Thank u Pathao. 👍
