4 stars: The app creates two instances in the Recent view (when you tap the button to show open apps)! this makes switching between apps or going back to this app rather inconvenient.
3 stars: easy and convenient to make order, but dont know why the app will exit automatically when you switch to other windows (eg. checking information in internet)
3 stars: This app and even mobile browser access Could be better if you enabled a clear downloadable receipt on these options. If it can be printed when using a computer via a receipt link, it certainly should be available on these mobile options. The map in the mobile browser is unnecessary in the order details and prevents any opportunity to use a screenshot to save a receipt because its placed right in the middle of the receipt.
3 stars: Great layout on GB site, US site is too busy with too many complicated offers and even on GB site but not enough time given to receive special offers when people are purchasing items to improve joint flexibility and haven't got the manual dexterity to keep switching screens on ones mobile to obtain codes etc..
