4 stars: This app has great functionality. There's not one feature I have ever needed but was missing from the app. That being said, there are some issues with performance. When in a call as an attendee, I often don't see the content being shared by the presenter, while all the other attendees can, and my internet connection is fine too. This has often caused some inconvenience. If it's fixed, 5 stars on the way!
5 stars: Relevant in these times and efficient. The more you use it, the more efficient you become. Meetings are more structured and impacting on daily operations. Quick calls, discussions are simple, but I like that there's a reference point available should you need to determine when decisions were made, as notes can be captured during calls or meetings Great app, well done Microsoft!!
5 stars: Very nice app, what I like most that As your team works together you'll undoubtedly have files that you'll want to share and collaborate on. Teams makes it easy to share files and work on them together. If working in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Visio files your colleagues can even view, edit, and collaborate on them, right within Teams
3 stars: Everything is very good about this app. And it's very very helpful especially in the days of lockdown but the fact due to which I rated it with 3 stars is that the feature of deleting personal chat threads (as a whole) is not yet available and it's very important.
