3 stars: Bugs with latest update. I've been happy with the app until recently. Two things are happening. One, I can't see earnings or thank customers because I keep getting white screens. Two, the in_app GPS is getting worse, not better. I've been directed incorrectly many times lately and I feel this can affect customer service negatively over time. I would really like to see these problems solved soon.
3 stars: For quite a while on Android, the app no longer gives the specific surge pricing on the map like it does on Apple or iOS. I do like the new earnings map in terms of its design, but is not as easily accessible as the previous, but my biggest concern is the fact that we cannot see the surge amount on the map
3 stars: Signing up is still a huge mission. I have submitted my licence disc several times already by taking a picture from the app - I keep getting an email that it's an incorrect format! Then fix your damn app! It's the format it takes the pic in! I've tried light/dark, near/far, landscape/portrait - it just doesn't accept it! All other documents were accepted. Then, trying to report issues in the app is an issue by itself - it doesn't work!
