5 stars: Very user friendly! I get all my rentals through this app with no trouble at all. I love it!
4 stars: The app is easy to browse and use. All locations and phone numbers are available. Only thing I did not like is that they do not show you in real time what cars they have available and what cars they do not have available. That would be so helpful. Just to clarify and make sure everyone understands. My ratting is solely for the app itself and what its intended to do. I have yet to rate the company if I do get my rental today.
5 stars: We have been using Enterprise rental for several months due to my wife's medical treatment in Columbus,O. It has been important to have reliable transportation to and from treatment. Enterprise rental cars have been a life saver. This app makes it easier to book my rental and utilize my rewards. Also the staff at Lancaster, Ohio office are the best!!!
