4 stars: Good but when booking the dates on the screen should be for the same day unless it needs to be changed. I booked and the dates were set for 4 days later and messed up my whole day . Then I had to go back and do another reservation and it charged me 20 dollars higher. Plus 20 dollar deposit. Now its 10:23pm and I'm tired and frustrated.

I have had minor hiccups with bedding configurations and size of rooms for a family of 4 particularly in Fiji however it has been rectified with a small fee, other bookings have been adequate and beyond expectations.
