5 stars: The cars are fine. The fact that your unable to drop off the vehicle at different locations are my issue. Furthermore, I feel that the app limits you to what it needs you do to pay. I want to speak to someone and it took me a day and a half. Terrible.
3 stars: While at this time this is the best car sharing service and app, it is far from perfect. The interface is unpolished and the app crashes a lot with the reserve ongoing. Still, a very needed service.
5 stars: Very convenient and helpful for short trips. Availability of the newer models of the cars make it more enjoyable to drive. I wish people were more considerate of others and kept the inside clean.
4 stars: Good service, very convenient and reliable cars. I use zipcar every weekend its easy to book and search for available cars. The downsides are no option to report damages, untidy, unclean, empty tank and missing patrol card etc. The only way to do this is call zipcar which is time consuming or write on log book!
4 stars: Great experience! Easy, reliable and convenient, only recommendation would be that there were more types of cars available for Flex driving!
5 stars: I love it honestly the only thing I don't like is of your only a couple mins late your charged 50 dollars even if there is no one waiting. So definitely don't be late it makes more since to just extend your time it's cheaper
