3 stars: I do like Plex, but the user experience on this app needs some work, especially the whole sync mechanism. It's very confusing and disjointed. Comparing to Netflix, I should be able to download individual episodes of a TV series if I so wish, and easily be able to tell what has and hasn't been downloaded and the ability to delete after watching. Such is not the case with this app and I really do wish that would get looked at.
5 stars: Remote access does not work with this update. I've enjoyed Plex for quite a while but now remote access will not stay enabled. I am unable to do anything off my home network. What good is it if I can't take my media with me? Please fix this! Update: I got this to work. XFinity enabled a new Advanced Security that stopped it from connecting. I turned that off and now it works!
