4 stars: Honestly put, I used photomath before this. However a photomath update put the most important feature - showing the detailed solving steps - behind a paywall. This is the best alternative. The only way Mathway loses to Photomath is in terms of user interface in my opinion.
5 stars: Wow! This app is so accurate! I am taking precalculus and this app explained the rationale so easily. I paid for the annual subscription so I could use it for an additional math course after this one. You will not regret paying for it!
5 stars: Thus far extremely accurate and helpful in verifying your answers. You do have to subscribe and pay if you want the details and steps to the answer but, my opinion totally worth it. I've yet to use it for inequalities however I'm very impressed with what I'm seeing for linear equations. Love the photo option of a problem.
