3 stars: Your app works but a few things to highlight. 1) There are times when for a ride there app shows micro as the costliest option and prime sedan as the cheapest. I don't understand why. 2) The app can't catch up with the ride. Most of the times when I book a ride I'm unable to track the ride and where it has reached. Sometimes it won't even move.
4 stars: The app is excellent but the only problem that i am facing is of add a stop. Don't know why it doesn't show up even after the update. I would like d ola team to look into this matter and solve it ASAP. 🙏
3 stars: I was using it with ease but now the screen since a few days gets frozen thus made it unable book the ride. No matter what I do the issue is not getting fixed, even after reinstalling it quit a few times the issue remains as it is.
3 stars: Drivers have turned smarter than app. They keep you stranded if any digital payment is going to be used. I am facing issues in paying my postpaid bill today. Its showing an error of - Something went wrong
3 stars: To open the app \u0026 browse the contents.. do we really need to switch on gps/location.. ???otherwise app do not open.. 🙄🙄Also do have coordination between ola cabs \u0026 olamoney for any queries sent to / received from users..
5 stars: It's absolutely fantastic and easy to use . It help my day to day life it's great , but sometime I don't get cab . But still it's my favourite. Great job 👍👍👍👍👍
