5 stars: I was very satisfied with the service. I was a first-time user the Lyft app was so easy to use .... The car I selected was available and ready in minutes to pick up my son... And just as easy on the return trip. I will continue to use lift and have expressed my delight in the service to other friends..
3 stars: The app continously doesnt work as prescribed. It will just freeze or never find a car. Cars are always somehow way further away than their original estimate. And support is useless.
3 stars: I struggle adding my home address and destination. I have to keep inputting it over and over until it searches.
4 stars: The promos that my school gave me aren't being applied even when I uninstalled and installed the app again. And there aren't any extensions that I can press to just talk about the promo not being applied without having to link that problem to a previous ride. Help please.
4 stars: The app is overall nice but it should take traffic into account for incoming drivers. If the time doesn't change for minutes while the driver does come closer slowly - we should be aware the driver is stuck in traffic etc. Moreover, as a non-US customer with an international phone number the drivers can't call me. They always get some kind of an error which means the app should make this possible. Unfortunately calls are still needed.
4 stars: Lyft's customer service has been great, and the majority of drivers on here have also been super nice and helpful~!...
