4 stars: It's really good overall, and I like the new diplomatic system but I think the game would be a lot better if you add more strategy to warfare. Such as being able to conquer certain area and be able to destroy key point like oil pumps. Just more strategy overall to warfare would make the game so much better. Amazing overall game.
