5 stars: Very disappointed. I bought a new Samsung Note 10 + to use with the Smooth 4 and it won't connect?, update, sorry it was my fault, I didn't have the right product selected. Now it works perfect.
3 stars: Needs to have better and stronger gimbal motors. And a longer adjustment for phone balance. Without having to take your phone out of its protective covers, which adds weight to your phone. Hence the need for stronger gimbal motors. BUT apart from that I am pleased with it, and as it is my first Gimbal, and I am still learning. And yes I would recommend it, even though I have only given it three stars, for the above reasons.
4 stars: It's a good app, great work Zhiyun. However I recently bought the transmission module for the Weebill S, for Sony A6400. When I start recording, the video transmission stops on my phone, only a screen with controls is left. And also when I try the tracking mode the gimbal starts rotating in all directions. Perhaps I'm missing something. I need your assistance on these issues. Thanks.
3 stars: My brand new weebil lab s always tilts slightly to the left. Won't go horizontally level. Tried to follow the Calibration process in app. The diagrams litterally make zero sense at all. Needs a video to explain the process. Only way to get a level camera without calibration is for me to manually set a -150 roll axis in the gimble menu. Can't be right. I only have an a6400 on it.
