3 stars: I'm thankful to this app it's make us connect with our idol but it's translator need improvement it's translate the things totally different it make us difficult to understand them and please add the option of reply to the comment at least for those who post something because it's really difficult for fan to interact with each other
3 stars: Translations. I urge u to keep ur translation more proper its misleading the fans with wrong meanings which is creating fake news all over. Like the the convo between Taehyung and a fan 🖤 and u should translate immediately someone request it for why it always shows can't translate because of too many requests. Is this any valid reason for app? Not able to translate sentences....
5 stars: Best place to interact with BTS, so I love it!!! Plus, it's in English so the language barrier is removed unlike in other fansites wherein it's entirely in Korean. Just wish that there was a way to tag other users as well so it's easier to communicate.
4 stars: This App is awesome but it needs to fix the speed and data management according to the different country... But it's very good that from here we are able to connect with them... We see our idols do chat,post and comment... Thank-you so much for this app☺☺ Work hard 💜
