3 stars: It has been a hassle sometimes wth orders and then it gets harder to solve the issue in a certain way. Uber always recommends using the app to make a complaint, but it never leaves me satisfied enough as much as talking to someone does. However, I like the tracking system and how it gives a time to let u know what time the food will be at the door.
4 stars: It is a useful tool/app for sure. The concept is simple and well managed. My one and only complaint, which was my fault for sure, upon confirming an order there should be a specific message to confirm delivery address. My first order was delivered to my house, and I meant for it to be delivered 30 minutes away (only 7 minutes from restaurant) at my sister's. It never crossed my mind, not even with the ridiculous delivery fee 🤦\u200d♀️
3 stars: I would love it if the maps could be worked on. I'm not extremely familiar with the streets of downtown Toronto and it's really frustrating when the in app google maps or Uber Maps has no idea what direction I'm facing. So I end up biking the wrong way and having to make a U-turn in Toronto traffic. Really dangerous and really annoying.
