5 stars: It is really good app to use for emergency purposes.I feel that interest rate is high. I am using this app for more than an year now. It would be helpful if interest is reduce a bit for the regular users who repay on time and good will.
5 stars: Wonderful App for instant loan. Fast processing. New concept SLQ is impressive. But, only problem is customer service is not as good as its loan processing speed. Interaction with Customer service executive is missing. Online chat robots or sending email will not be sufficient. Kindly look into this matter. You are such a huge platform can implement customer service executive facility.
