3 stars: Being able to see a stylist/technician's work before I go is awesome. I've found exactly what I was looking for! 5 starts for that! The application itself is another story. I dislike using it! -2 stars!
5 stars: I have never had a problem with styleseat, I have seat appointments 6 months out with no problem when I had a set schedule. The only issue I had was last week I was setting an appt and it was wanting me to pay a $1 preauth to set the appt.
3 stars: Of you already know what you want and who you want to do it, the app is decent. But, if you are looking for something/someone new, this app is frustrating to use. It allows you to sort by date but then will show stylists who aren't available for the date you want. I shouldn't have to click \
4 stars: Sometimes have problems when trying to change the area/city to search. Won't let me.
5 stars: I love that I can make an appointment when I think about it and not have to wait for a reasonable hour to call. I'll usually forget if I wait.
3 stars: When the app actually works it's great. However, the entire styleseat system crashes atleast twice a week. The app won't load, website won't load, nothing will work from a computer or a phone. This makes it very difficult to continue using this system when it's hindering clients from booking appointments or trying to check someone out after their appointments. Very aggravating.
