5 stars: I was having trouble getting new episodes in a podcast I follow. I contacted the developer thinking it was the app. Turns out it had to do with the podcast url. He still helped me solve the problem, even though it had nothing to do with the app. Amazing customer service!!!
3 stars: It is a good podcast app. I havent had a problem with there not being any podcasts that I wanted to listen to. My only complaint is that at least once each podcast the sound starts glitching out. It isn't my headphones because if I take them out or disconnect them it still glitches out through the speakers. I still use the app because besides that it is good.
5 stars: This is the best podcast app I've used! It has many features and options (can be a little confusing at first but eventually it makes sense). I like that you can categorize your podcasts so you can easily find your favorite comedy or politics show without having to scroll through all your subscriptions. My only suggestion would be to have the app automatically update all podcasts instead of the user pressing the refresh icon.
