5 stars: Used Outlook for years and like the look for clarity and integration. My only gripe is Microsoft did not do a proper Android app for Win 10. Really miss grouping apps in larger Windows tiles rather than limited small Android tiles/drawers. It is also annoying that Android only allows 2 \
3 stars: Since the last update, when I erase something from the spam box, it goes directly to my inbox. I'm using swipe left to delete from spam, but even opening the email and clicking on the trash icon will do the same thing. Prior to that my experience with the app was great, and I've always encouraged my friends who have exchange accounts to use outlook instead of the native mail app.
4 stars: Such a clean experience. No stupid ads in my inbox like Google's Gmail app! The integrated calendar is great too...I've substituted Google's Gmail and calendar apps with Outlook! One issue: searching doesn't work properly. When I search and click on the search result email, I get a blank screen every time. For me, that's worth knocking down a star.
5 stars: It has everything you would expect from an email app and even more. I love it, especially the clean and ergonomic design and the focused mode. Only one thing I have troubles with is the way to switch between focused and other mail --- sometimes I swap left to switch and instead delete my mail accidentally. That's not a big problem though, since I can undo deletion and just move my finger a bit further to press \
