3 stars: The app makes it easy to complain about drivers in a variety of ways, but has no clear way to leave feedback on the app itself – is the company unable or unwilling to consider the possibility that it's at fault for anything, or what? It usually underestimates how long things will take, sometimes by a factor of three or more. Overall, I'm still going to use it sometimes, but it's not a*reliable* last-minute resort for when I'm running late.
5 stars: I am currently researching this app and the creation of it for a project and have personally used it before. I can say this app is great and useful, I would recommend this to anyone who occasionally needs a ride from place to place. In my past I had to use this app to get a ride to and from school before getting my license and it proved useful.
4 stars: My problem has always been that the moment I put the right destination, it automatically changes after I said okay to the ride. Last guy got upset I kept apparently changing it to the place I needed to go too \u0026 got upset \u0026 asked if the right location is the last final stop. Makes me look annoying when it's not me. It's the app.
