3 stars: I think Grab needs to make something new to improve features. Grab can make 2 tariff options such as: Fixed tariff determined mapping of Grab system and Flexible tariff which detect actual route. Because several times the mapping from Grab is not actual and the route is further away, so the tariff is more expensive. I will back for 5 🌟 if this features improvement.
3 stars: I love using this Grab app. But what I don't like is when the certain road were stuck in traffic jam, the fare become so high from the usual fare. The excuses was due to high demand. But the truth is was a traffic jam. The fare was so high, and the point that we get was so little. Nonsense.
5 stars: Reccomend ride sharing app around Asia. I have been using this app in several countries in Asia and it has been helpful especially for day to day travel. In some cases there are some errors regarding navigation but could be handled by using other navigation app. As for quality of cars it really is random some are really good but some are quite bad
