4 stars: Broken. Just doesn't work. Either refuses to accept my credentials no matter what or just straight up doesn't load. Did this on my old phone and it's doing it on my new phone. I remember one time it was working, then I guess some update somewhere, it broke. So the app development team needs to fix this problem with the app. I have one of the best phones in the world currently, no excuses for the app just not working
4 stars: Love the convenience! The only issue i have with it is that it won't let me enter my correct address so drivers have been getting lost. I've entered in clear instructions on where to find my house but doesn't seem to be noticed at times. Not sure if an uber issue rather than the gps though!
3 stars: Great app. Easy to use. However, there are three points to improve: a) The app shows restaurants which are not able to deliver to my location and you can only know that when you go payment screen; b) Few options. Pyszne.pl has more options for my location; c) There are foods without photos.
5 stars: It is the best app.. However, there is always a room for improvement. When the app has some known issues you should highlight it on the home page. For eg. Couple of weeks back, the app wasn't accepting the payment for some reason but was deducted from the bank account, neither I was able to place order using COD. But I have had the best experience with Uber eats compared to other competitors in the business.
