But, I suggest, this app can be viewed as website too, so it can ease sellers whom preferred website platform as to communicate with customers and clients in a certain period of time. 5 stars: It will be great if also there's an option to be incognito while the only person you chatting to can see you online, like a switch of some sort. Because in most cases when one is online the rest of the contacts can see you online, so what if there's an option that one can choose whom they want to be seen by when online.

5 stars: Group Alias Feature, In order to be able to see the better group sorting in our phone, seems the group alias feature is needed. This feature doesn't need to effect to the original group name that created by admin/someone. By having group alias feature, I believe we can see the group name based on the group alias that we setup and it will be sorting better as well as manage/maintain easier.
