3 stars: I really like the music on it even though there is most music I like that isnt on there. But the main problem is that I'll be listening to and it just goes away for some reason! This also happens to my screen recorder. Please fix and I'll rate higher! Also stop putting recommended songs on! It's getting on my nerves! I'll be on a playlist and it just plays a song I never heard before! I want MY songs!
4 stars: The app updated itself while i was asleep and in the process, it removed its widget from my home screen and there is no sign of it anywhere to put it back. After logging a live chat with a very nice operative, it seems this might be an android issue but being caught early gives them a chance to hopefully fix it quickly. Other apps would benefit greatly from following their quality of service.
3 stars: Spotify has been my favourite app for a long time, and I have been a premium member for 3 or 4 years now. I'm gutted that the latest update has removed the Widget, it made things so much easier! Also, the app sometimes pauses when my phone locks, and resumes when I unlock. Must be a bug, which I hope gets fixed soon. Using Samsung S9+
