3 stars: my friend is being demanded to purchase or her account is going to be deleted. your team cannot provide any proof that she did anything wrong or was refunded anything as they claim and now her account is going to be closed on the 23rd unless she spends 100$. that is EXTORTION. You have no right to close peoples accounts without proof of the infractions you claim. if she was refunded KOA should have no issues proving that.
