5 stars: wonderful app. very easy to buy train tickets and you can keep the ticket in the app itself, no need to print.
4 stars: Good service, the refund is a pain because of the admin fees, but i understand 🙂. First trial and booked wrong date :)
3 stars: I used to use this app for everything - booking tickets, train updates, checking journey times and this was all great. However, since the latest update I can no longer select a railcard at all and so can't book tickets on the app! Please fix, it's not always convenient to use a PC to do this.
3 stars: Great app In terms of speed and ease of booking but.... please make the QR code bigger as the barriers seem to have trouble reading it. Would be 5stars otherwise.
5 stars: Super helpful! Last time I took a train I accidentally almost ended up in Skegness and had to pay a fine, this helped me avoid that error again and even helped me keep up with time keep. Can't get lost when you have a list of places you're meant to be right in front of you! Booking is made easy too, super simple; point A, point B, which time you want, done.
5 stars: Great app, use it everyday. As a regular customer, the only feature I wish it had is the ability to notify a user for certain train delays/cancellation. For example, I take the same morning and evening train everyday and I check all time to ensure that the trains aren't delayed/cancelled. I wish for those particular trains it notifies me if there's a delay or any cancellation...
