3 stars: The app is pretty easy to use. The thing I would like Uber to improve on is the rating system. I think Uber should require a written reason for a rating less than 5☆. This will help the driver to correct any problems but will also keep riders from giving a rating that's not deserved. Rider gives 1☆ Uber gives a free ride. That's not fair to the driver or Uber. Late night riders are not always in their right mind.
