5 stars: I am so disappointed. It charged me first and I then deleted my account but subscription wasn't cancelled automatically. So I came back and surpriiise! I have no chance to have the money back because it's 1 WEEK of trial, really guys, not good. I don't even use it anymore. I'd like to cancel it. UPDATE they solved the problem and made a refund. thank you so much!
3 stars: There needs to be a message request bar, where we can accept who we'd like to talk to, and then they move into our normal message bank. There is no screening process, and my messages are constantly getting full with many people who send me messages, rather than the ones I have decided to engage with. Otherwise, this app has a lot of potential.
3 stars: Great app! Helps me find people that is native on the language I want to learn. Would be great if you can: 1. add the local time of the other person 2 allow us to star or favorite or anything to save a message 3 Allow users to give them nickname since other people use initials. Putting nicknames helps me edit and put in the person's real name. 4. Make google translate use for free. It is free application anyway.
5 stars: This app is really well made and the interface is great. It's easy to match with people who have compatible learning preferences and the app also makes it easy to correct mistakes, which aids in learning languages better. I've met a lot of nice people on this app and I'm glad I downloaded it.
