I have a used device that will not bind with my app because it states that the device is binded with another account that I have no access to. How is this resolved? 3 stars: not perfect but fair comparability, there appear to be a few bugs that are a little annoying. e.g I am no longer able to control my lights color, or scene through a custom smart scenarios. I'm now only able to control on/off and brightness. this was working fine a few months ago but now the functionality is gone.
4 stars: Would have given a 5 although the app is lacking in some areas. The schedule section only allows 30 instances. I'm controlling an aquaponic pond pump on/off every hour which now i have to do manually for a number of hours to make up the difference. Also when entering the schedules into the app, the times are not sequential adding to frustration.
