3 stars: Don't know why you can use a pin to set the pick up location but can't use same for setting the destination. Being in English is fine but if the names of all destinations in China don't translate perfectly, you'll need that pin to set the destination.
3 stars: I think this app has a lot of potential, but when booking a ride it only works half the time. Been waiting for an hour for a ride with cars available around me and still nothing. I go to customer service to ask what the issue is and says estimated wait time is 1 minute. I've been waiting for over 10 minutes.

3 stars: Raising rating as it's been working well once I figured out how to switch to English. The language switch to English is buried under settings-\u003elanguage (but those are in Chinese, so hard to find). They should move them to the top level so they're easier to find.
3 stars: didi doesn't allow to pay in cash in Beijing and also doesn't provide late night ( after 9 00 pm ) cars in china in remote area if it drops you it will not provide a car to pick you up got lost at few places but Chinese people helped me
4 stars: Please enable English when the location is in Hong Kong! Was able to use it without problems in China with the English UI but in HK only Chinese is available!
