4 stars: Great platform, but I still get email notifications since pushes do not seem to work at all (which kinda defeats the primary purpose of using a mobile native app in the first place), and it seems impossible to set it via the settings screen. For the devs out there, I'm using a Pixel 2 (Pie/API 28) if that helps. *Will update review as soon as pushes are fixed!*
4 stars: I am very happy with Door Dash. I have had a couple bad experiences but Door Dash took care of the matter quickly making sure I know I am an appreciated customer. Because they took care of the situtations immediately, I continue to use them and have had great experiences. If someone orders a drink in addition to food though, make sure you get your drink!
3 stars: I enjoy the app for the most part, but there really should be an adjustment to the way you tip the delivery driver. It should be an after delivery option, as most of the deliveries I order are late and the drivers are quite rude. The few nice ones I've had I wished I could have tipped more than I had. Please fix this and it would vastly improve the service overall!
