5 stars: It said 7 day trial and charged me the same day for a yearly subscription. Now I have to deal with sending them an email or issuing a chargeback with my credit card issuer. What a lack of transparency.

3 stars: its a good app until it locks further progress behind a rather large paywall. Now there is a different free workout provided each day but for me thats not enough. also there are only three options for workout goals without giving up your money.
5 stars: Have been using Seven for three months and it's really working out, specially if you roll in for multiple workout types a day.
4 stars: I prefer it to start up with exercise that I do :, full body workout, rather than others that I am not signed up for anyway.
4 stars: The app seems to be a good and motivating way to incorporate exercise into a busy life - requires no special equipment (at least the basic free exercises) and is done in a manageably short time. The exercises seem effective. Am using the free version, as I find the monthly fee for a phone app rather excessive, that's why only 4 stars from me.
