4 stars: Best bodyweight app that I've been looking for for a long time. Love the index of exercises with training plans, export/sync stats, that chase a. challenge goal. I can't believe the burpee is missing. Please upgrade to allow you to do more than one exercise circuit at a time. Would love the ability to put two or three together and superset to cycle through.
4 stars: great app to help with a workout plan for push ups and pull ups. timing between sets is good. my one complaint is theres no easy way to see your max unless your trying to max again. the graph doesn't have points you can click on so you kind of have to infer where you are
5 stars: something is better than nothing and it is one of the best app i found for home workout its interface is simple and the way it manage your workouts is awesome it only include body weight exercises so yo don't need any equipment and it mainly focus on strength
3 stars: I love the training program but for 5 stars you need nutrion plans.You cant 200 push-ups without a nutrion plan to maximaze your strength and to help recovery so this is the reason why I dont give them 5 stars and because you have to purchase exercises
