3 stars: I think the AUDIO of Line messages and calls can be improved... the audio quality is really bad... and why Audio messages can only be played on speakers...? \u003d(.... I guess Line should be able to do better than this! I'm looking forward for updates!
3 stars: Can't use on more than one device. I understand fraud is a big problem but I dont understand why I can't use line on more than one device, (I recently got a new phone, but use the old one for gaming,) and I dont appreciate all of my data being ERASED like that. I've lost all my chat history with some of my good friends. Had i known this would happen, I would've transferred my data. Now all of it is gone and I'm very upset!
3 stars: Line as an overall messaging tool is fine. however, I wish they could give it's users more FREE themes and stickers as the FREE themes and stickers are very limited. At least give us some premium themes and stickers instead of buying (which is way more expensive than other good messaging tools). One more thing, please put an option to unfollow other Line Official Accounts. Thanks.
3 stars: it's nice but i give 3 star because of the languages for official account. I can't understand cause its based on the country of the artist so i've to translate it whatever the info is. so it will be difficult me to understand it wherever i'm. i hope the management will consider to set the language based on the phone setting for user convenient.
