5 stars: They are awesome. I have ordered a lot of items from them and they have been delivered usually on time or early. The one time that an item was not delivered they full refunded me the same day they contacted me and when an order was late getting to me they made up for it and they have excellent tracking and customer service.
4 stars: I enjoy the Amazon Shopping app overall! I buy a lot of things on here from clothes/shoes, CD's \u0026 household products \u0026 ect. my local town stores no longer sell or provide! Also the Amazon customer service reps are very good at their job - I had a late delivery \u0026 they gave me $15 dollars off my next order!
3 stars: I am glad souq has become offcialy amazon. but I am in shock how amazon didn't took souq search engine and applied it or enhance enhance there. souq used to be comfort to the eyes from color, price showing and suggesttion for other products. I hope to take this in consideration because in UAE people take it hard from getting used to a good quality website to a lowest one. amazon website it look so ugly compare to souq.
