3 stars: With this latest version, it seems that I no longer have the FULL version. I used to have the full version, which I was entitled to, but now it seems to look like I do not. Why do I need to sign in and create an account? Customer service no longer responds.
5 stars: Just wanted to give a shout out to Anita of Carly. My Carly Pro app stopped working because I had gotten a new phone and didn't realize it needed to be rebooted and reinstalled in my car (an F30). Anyway, Anita walked me through it via email and it's working great now! I should have surmised that I needed to do that but didn't! Thanks anyway Anita!
3 stars: App is good and works as described. Only 3 stars as l bought the adapter separately and didn't see any mention that l would have to pay for 12 months subscription, which is over £50, to use the adapter properly. Feels like a bit of a con tbh.
5 stars: Awesome app.. More then my mates snap on diagnostics... Really helpful team too.. Defo recommend.. All that say its hard its not.. Its got so much potential.. Swapping phones its not given me my account back... Just waiting for reply.. Been slow probs cos off weekend.. Fingers crossed.. Cos its 5 out of 5 atm..
5 stars: Had to replace phone because it had issues. Tried to install this app on new phone and it wanted to charge me all over again? Contacted Carly, they showed me how almost immediately. They have a built-in function that does the job asap. Great program, great support, thanks g...
