3 stars: The service is great but the customer support is complete trash. I had a lyft drive right past me and cancel without even stopping and lyft's response was to give me five dollars of credit. 3 stars: As great as a concept lyft is as an alternative to taxis I am somewhat resentful to the service at times. I think there need to be several improvements. Would it kill lyft to make improvements to the GPS so drivers know where I am and where to drop me off? Or perhaps a feature where you can leave a note for drivers to let them know which building you're in front of or what side if the street you're on?
