5 stars: I love that it gives me accurate feedbacks. I personally love this app. Like biking or any outdoor activties would be fun and accurate since this app already has it. I might also buy some power banks to charge my mobile up while I'm out at the bush. This app is great for people who loves extreme activties like me.
4 stars: Makes you think a bit more about how you live. Most useful for tracking sleep and to a certain extent your step count, if you always have your phone in your pocket! I apparently did some cycling one day, not sure how as my bike's been in the shed for months! Tracks your weight too if you want it to, but seems to keep switching from lbs to kg on its own. Nice graphics and easy to use.
5 stars: It does compatiple with non sony tracker or smartwatch. I use misfit activity tracker. It tracks my sleeping without tracker or smartwatch on. And let me know how much times i spent types of apps into categories. I had downloaded and used it on a blackberry keyone now i swtich to sony xperia phone. And it's the first must have app i remembered to install after my phone swtich.
3 stars: Some parts of this app don't seem to work at all. For example I walked 3.75km yesterday and whist the app shows a number of steps it shows the time walked as 00:00. Also, the driving doesn't detect the fact that you are driving. Calories burned seems way too high.
