3 stars: worked great for the first year, no issues! Now, it will randomly shut off the sound out of no where! And then it will come back on, but on the app it shows the sound is still playing so I'm stuck waiting for it to come back on, hoping the jarring sound of the white noise shutting off doesn't wake my child. AND it sometimes will continue to shut off and on a few more times! Really crappy.
5 stars: The app is very convenient! I use different settings for different stages of my babies sleep (loud when being put down, quieter once baby is out) and this helps me do that without having to enter his room and possibly wake him up(!!!)
4 stars: This is a very cool device! So much room for perfect customizing of schedules and modes. Plenty of sound effects and colors. Only thing that is annoying is if you manually override while a schedule is running, you can't get it back on the schedule until the next period goes live. Needs to be a button to \
3 stars: The hatch itself is awesome! however, the app is just ok. I get that they want people to buy multiple devices for different rooms, but the app should have at least limited light and noise machine functions in the app itself for when you're in a different room or traveling.
4 stars: Love it! I just wish there were more sounds to choose from and bluetooth capability to play music from my phone. We use the Hatch every night for the sounds and nightlight with our baby.
