4 stars: Good app. But no option to add details once food is in cart. Menu could be more detailed. Nice detailed notification of your order though! On a side note, delivery is quite expensive which means I use it much less than I would like.
4 stars: Great app. Convenient and easy to use. A couple of things could be improved... Sometimes the promo banners hide menus, making it difficult / impossible to select item listed at the bottom of the page. Also, had trouble adding my credit card, but that's probably a two way thing with my cc provider.
5 stars: Always timely, amazing customer service and tip optional in the app just in case you want to tip the driver directly! The app also notifies you right away if there is a problem with your order or at the restaurant level.
5 stars: I love using foodora as I appreciate that the deliveries are by bike.. less adding to the traffic and general congestion.. food has always arrived hot and promptly according to the anticipated time. Delivery people have all been friendly and courteous .
