4 stars: It's an excellent app. I have been using for a few years now. no problems, I find the service to be responsive. When I had to factory reset my phone I had to restore my purchase, it happened seamlessly. Technical support was prompt. Some times it uses narrow gallies, despite selecting to avoid narrow roads. 5 stars: Nice app with good assistance. It is very detailed. Always update the required maps and the app before using it. Thanks to the support team they explained me about adding multiple stops in the map.
5 stars: Tried buying the Pro-Guidance feature twice. Money was debited from my bank account, however, the feature was not added to the app at all. Not even after two times. Absolute cons. Lost almost 1200 INR on this stupid app. Not trustworthy at all.
