3 stars: Most recent update doesn't allow me to select multiple pictures to upload at once and I send tons of pictures! It is now very tedious to do something you encourage sitters to do. Why did you change this???
4 stars: I like the app so far. My -1 star is more about a feature I feel the the app is missing. Why is house sitting for overnight only? What if someone needed a sitter at their home for during the work day and not overnight? What if someone needed a sitter for 3 hours on a Saturday verses just the 30 mins drop-in? I wish they would add this feature!
3 stars: I am wanting to become a sitter but my only concern is the identity verification can everybody see it as i dont want people to get my info and try to steal my identity I know it sounds a bit silly but im juat veing cautious
5 stars: I have had excellent experiences with all the Rover people. Not just a service, these people care about my dogs and always give them lots of love and attention.
